- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I wondered why it was taking 1-2 days for RAC finance to get back to me after sending them documents that they had requested. I was told by one of their people today that they check their emails at 0830 at the start of their day in the morning and deal with those but anything that arrives after this time is not dealt with until the following day. I asked what happens if an email arrives at 0900 (she was a bit flustered - I think the question was too hard) I did not want to be the "hounding" customer but b****** h*** I will be now knowing this. Unfortunately too far into the process to cancel but will be refinancing as soon as I can. So get your emails in early people!!!By Bel Luxha Vixcus, July 19, 2018
